Uday founded South Auckland Business Services (SABS) in 1992 providing business, accounting and tax services to the South Auckland community.  

Uday is astute, calm and dedicated to helping people. He is focused on building authentic relationships and guiding people through smart decision-making in business.

Sam is a world traveler with over 20 years of international finance, accounting and tax experience, across numerous industries. He has held C-level executive positions and has steered MNC and private businesses from start-ups, rapid growth, re-structurings, IPOs, acquisitions and divestitures.  

Sam is passionate about working with business owners and helping them chart a path to success and building generational net worth.

Sam is a graduate from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada with a bachelor and masters degree in science and is a qualified accountant.

Tracy is a graduate of University of Auckland (BSc) and University College of Dublin (MSc in Management). Prior to her current role in in accounting and tax, she held operational roles in commercial and pharmaceuticals labs in New Zealand and Singapore.

With NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Business (Accounting Support Services), Tracy is well grounded in accounting knowledge that businesses need to thrive.

She is passionate about helping clients excel and has a strong interest in taxation.
